Returns:

We will refund you for items returned within 7 days of you receiving them, for any reason. A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition.
Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.
On receiving items, we will refund you immediately.

Warranty &Maintenance:

We provide 1 month replacement and 12 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first year.

About Shippment:

1) We can ship worldwide, offer express service including DHL/UPS/FEDEX.
2) If the address is in the scale of remote place of DHL and UPS, we will send the goods by FEDEX/EMS instead.
3) Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

NOTE:

1) The delivery time is not including the Time of item producing.

2) Sometimes international delivery is highly depended on courier company and local customs/duties.

3) For DHL, the parcel will be shipped to Hong Kong first, normally it will take about 2 days,
then the Tracking number will be changed and we will fill with the new one.
So please wait for 2 more days when you want to track it.
